Back Prevention Spring Balancer (EWA Series) |
The EWA series safety balancers
are used in conjunction with heavier tools
and welding machines. The EWA series incorporates
an additional safety mechanism to prevent
injury to the user. If the suspension cable
is cut, or tool is disengaged, a centrifugal
brake engages and drum locks. This prevents
the cable from snapping back and injuring
operator or damaging equipment. The distance
the severed cable will travel before the centrifugal
brake engages is 100 mm or less. These balancers
are extremely useful in car, automobile welding
shops or heavy duty industries for accident-free
working environment.

Generation Spring Balancers (EWF Series) |
 |
These new generation balancers
have several new features such as, fully enclosure
housing, eliminating any potential pinch points
around drum, and a patented plastic wire guide
at the entrance port of cable to protect casing
wear.
The EWF series balancers are available from
9 kg to 120 kg capacity range and include
manual drum lock. With the manual lock engaged,
the drum will not rotate. This allows for
easy change out or maintenance of tools. In
addition, the springs are enclosed in a cassette
for safe and easy repair. The spring balancers
employ a taper drum to make the changeable
torque constant and contribute to fatigue
reduction for operator on the production.

Reel |
Endo Torque Reel is economical choice for
suspension of tools when zero gravity balancer
is not needed. Torque reel with a cylindrical
drum and long cable are suitable for hanging
pendant switch and other equipments due to
its ratchet system design. It can be stopped
on the way of cable travel. They are light
in weight, compact and designed with superior
safety features. They are available in tension
capacity range from 18 N (1.8 Kgf) to 49 N
(5.0 Kgf) with active cable travel length
as per requirement

Hose Balancers (THB Series) |
|
|
The THB series air tool balancer
eliminates the need for an air supply hose
and separate cable balancer, which provides
a safer and more organized workplace. Available
with 3/8" I.D. braided urethane hose.
The casings are made of durable and lightweight,
high impact ABS resin.
Endo Kogyo is first balancer manufacturer
to incorporate fall prevention device that
will stop the suspended tool/ device when
spring failure occurs. This gives extreme
safety in the working environment. THB balancers
are durable with longer operation life in
heavy-duty working environment and hence they
are called maintenance free. THB balancers
are operator friendly and give minimum fatigue
to operator during operation as they offer
true zero gravity with no drifting or strain.

Air Hoist |
The Endo Air hoists are available in Wire
rope (EHW) and Chain type (EHL) models. The
air powered wire rope hoists are offered with
either direct or pendant control. Air power
provides the benefits of more precise placement
of objects, and also zero downtime for cooling
like electric hoists. These hoists are compact
and ready for operation simply by connecting
lubricated clean air supply.
The wire rope Air hoists are available in
60, 120 and 250 Kg capacity models with lifting
capacity of 2 meters. They come with Variable
speed control, Reverse winding prevention
(Model 60 and 120 kg), High speed and higher
durability features.
The Endo air powered chain hoists (EHL Series)
are available in weight capacity range from
60 Kg to 6 tons. These hoists come standard
with a pull chain control and 3 meters of
lift. Pendant control (PCS) can be added with
standard or emergency stop buttons. Optionally
longer lift can be provided. These air hoists
are compact and lightweight and they come
with Automatic disc brakes, which are adjustment
free and durable, 2 and 3 stage planetary
gearbox depending upon the model. The Endo
air hoists can be used up to 50 degrees C
operating temperature without any problem.
